20% down upon acceptance of contract

40% at the start of installation (when crew and materials arrive at job site)

Remainder of balance upon completion of installation.

How to figure a price for a new, installed Northern Storm Ready Pool Enclosure:

WIDTH X LENGTH of new enclosure in FEET = TOTAL SQUARE FEET

TOTAL SQUARE FEET X $23 = $ Total Installed Price

EXAMPLE: Pool Enclosure WIDTH of 25' x Pool Enclosure LENGTH of 40' = 1000 SQUARE FEET x $23 = $23,000 Installed Price

Payment Schedule:

• $23,000 x 20% = $4,600 due upon acceptance of contract, New Balance = $18,400

• $18,400 x 40% = $7,360 due at start of installation

• New Balance = $11,040 due upon completion of installation
